She walked to the bathroom to put towels and she did not see the floor when she stepped on bathroom floor she slipped and she felt it was very slippery. She banged her right knee on floor and she couldn 't get up so she yelled for [REDACTED] a room attendant who was working with her but did not witness her fall.
