Drew labs from patient in room 124 at [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. When done I closed bitterly threw away trash walked to sharps container and when I went to place butterfly in sharps I felt a prick in my right pointer finger. The butterfly had come open and needle stuck me. I closed the butterfly again and discarded in sharps. Stick site was cleaned with alcohol & incident reported to [REDACTED]
