EE states was taking [REDACTED] to physician 's appointment. During trip [REDACTED] was sleeping; woke up during transfer to wheelchair. Once in wheelchair [REDACTED] again began to sleep was unable to lift feet during transport to prevent [REDACTED] from being hurt wheeled [REDACTED] backwards in chair from parking garage to physician 's office and then back again. On the way back to the van EE notice L knee began to feel sore.
