Hooking up to a trailer.

What happened

While picking up a load at a customer location employee noticed load had sunk into the mud due to rain that day. As EE tried to hook up to the trailer EE states she gave it some force to try and get underneath it and that is when she was thrown into the floorboard of her truck injuring her back and knee. EE was not wearing a seatbelt at time of incident.
