What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the employee took his second break in the employee break room. While on break the employee attempted to open a can of peaches with his can opener which he brought with him from home. While opening the can of peaches the can opener stopped working so the employee attempted to pry the lid off the can of peaches with the can opener. While doing this his right hand slipped and his right thumb hit the sharp edge of the can of peaches causing a laceration avulsion injury to his right thumb.
