Before the incident

[REDACTED] watched as another employee tried to remove wood with a forklift that was stored on 10 foot shelving.

What happened

When he saw that the forklift couldn 't get under the wood [REDACTED] ran in to help with a long piece of wood he used as a tool to push up on the panels holding the wood. Hitting the underneath caused the entire shelving to come down.
