Before the incident

The driver completed backing the trailer into the parking space and climbed out of the cmv in order to disconnect the air supply lines.

What happened

the injury occured when the driver repositioned himself by climbing onto the cat walk landing of the tractor in order to disconnect the air supply lines. One of the airlines was stuck and required extra force to get it released and then suddenly the line released and the driver fell from the cat walk injuring his wrist and forearm.
