What happened

During our project we had the main egress closed. The employee walked towards the new egress once they heard the main egress was open they saw an opening in the guard rail through the restricted construction area. There was a yellow bumper on the floor that the employee did not see and tripped over the bumper falling and fracturing their wrist.
