What happened

EE and I went into patients room to transfer patient from commode to bed Patient had gait belt on and walker in front of them while EE and I were assisting patient with ambulating patient was unable to get left leg to move and wasnt steady we were using our strength to keep him up and to pivot patient to the bed before patient fell
