SPREADING PRODUCT ON A CUSTOMERS LAWN

What happened

The EE was riding on a ride on spreader spreading product on a customers lawn The EE was not aware that the area was a wet downward sloping area which caused the EE to lose control of the spreader The EE went through a fence over a retainer wall and down a 15ft drop EE jumped off of the spreader and landed on his right side EE was taken by ambulance to the hospital
