What happened

As the EE was servicing a customer location he was walking around a tree and thought he had enough clearance and struck the horizontal tree branch with the top of the EE head The EE is experiencing a headache and as he turns his head quickly to the right or left he feels a sharp pain run down back left side of his head down his shoulder
