Caregiver was doing dishes at the sink in the kitchen.

What happened

While doing dishes [REDACTED] placed a medal spatula in the sink. When she turned the disposal on the spatula vibrated and fell into the drain. [REDACTED] reactively tried grabbing the spatula from the drain and it cut her hand. Caregiver presented to the ED and the laceration was closed using glue by a physician. She then contacted her manager. [REDACTED] was notified the following day [REDACTED].
