What happened

Around [REDACTED] first noticed pain. Employee doing bypass lifting boxes over the course of 4 hours. Went home and that night and around [REDACTED] before going to bed employee felt pain in his lower back on the right side. In the morning it was more painful than night before. Pain proceeds to get better after 1 to 2 hours goes away and comes back the [REDACTED].
