Employee pushing a dolly just came out of the lab door and was turning. A box began leaning off the top she reached (rt. arm) to push the box back in place. Then the dolly started going downward and she used both hands to pull the dolly up. She then went to the restroom (at [REDACTED]) and when she sat down the pain shot into her head. UPDATE: initial treatment with personal physician on [REDACTED] and follow up with Concentra [REDACTED].
