Before the incident

Employee was trying to unload a transfer truck in the warehouse cross dock

What happened

While trying to set up the end of the dock leveler employee noticed the trailer height was higher than usual and needed to adjust the dock plate. While extending the lip of the dock plate with his left hand he used his right hand to push the lip forward with a pole and awkwardly twisted his right wrist.
