When he was lifting pallet to place on rack 14 - level 3 he hit pallet from rack 15 falling injuring two contract workers . Several boxes allegedly fell from the top to bottom mostly hitting her right arm . The agency was notified immediately. The forklift driver was sent to agency for DT testing along with forklift recertification. see in additional details.
