After starting up a new roll on [REDACTED] the sheet passed through the oven and out of the molds The employee went around to cut the sheet between the mold and canopy before feeding into to the canopy Using the klever knife with his right hand the employee attempted to make a cut across the sheet and the cut tool blade came into contact with his left index finger causing a deep laceration The cut required first aid to stop the immediate bleeding
