What happened
Associate was at Vendor break; associate believes it was starters or alternators. States she notified supervisor of the heavy part but was told to proceed. The parts were on the rollers and transferred to black totes. Associates remembers it being around 35LB 8 lines and 2 black totes worth of parts. The following day the associate noticed pain in middle back used heating pad at home came into work. [REDACTED] or two [REDACTED] the pain went up to their shoulder blades then proceeded to go to Ortho for care.
