What happened

A suture fell off her desk and landed on floor.

Injury or illness

Employee bent over to pick suture up off the floor and her chair tipped over employee falling out of chair and landing on her right side (shoulder hip and knee). Didn 't have much pain at the time of injury but over time pain became worse and had a hard time lifting right leg. Pain radiates from inside right leg hip down leg.
