Before the incident

[REDACTED] was bringing cases of beer on a handtruck the the main customer front door. The handtruck got caught up with a mat on the floor causing him to fall backwards with the product falling on top of him as he was falling. He used his left arm to brace himself and hurt his left shoulder.

What happened

Employee slipped because he was caught up in a floor mat while he was brining in products inside store. Using his left arm to aide him from falling he ended up hurting his left shoulder.
