What happened

Athlete was running carts in returns and noticed an itching sensation on both arms. The athlete checked their arms and found a few welts. More welts started popping up on other parts of their body as well. The athlete stated they were going to the pharmacy on their way home from work to get some [REDACTED] to see if it helps. Athlete returned back to work. Follow up on [REDACTED] from the Athlete is that they went to the hospital because welts had covered lower abdomen and groin and caused their throat to be affected. Ended up in ER with tube and IV. They administered Epi medicine and steroid which immediately improved conditions. Given Rx for steroid and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 's. Allergen not identified. Not aware of any new substances exposed to no new detergents foods etc. Not sure if work related.
