Before the incident

I was doing a two person lift with a school staff member for a pediatric patient from a wheelchair to another chair.

What happened

The school staff member had the patients legs and I had his upper body. She just lifted the patient without checking if I was ready or counting before we moved him so I did not have a good grasp yet on his upper body and it pulled my wrist and I felt a click in my wrist.
