What happened

Employee was operating at the rails weld robot helping a 2nd shift operator install a surelok gusset on -1 rail. We was using a chisel to seat gusset due to tightness of fit between rail he hit the rail edge causing a cut to his right-hand middle knuckle resulting in laceration.
