What happened

[REDACTED] was pouring product on the shaker table. She stopped pouring when the product ran out. She was standing on a step stool while she was pouring. She stepped down from the stool to pick up a box then she went to go back to her position to start pouring product again. As she went to step up on the stool again she missed stepped and tripped onto the conveyor.
