Moving sandbags during our flooding incident

I was assisting with moving sandbags during our flooding incident on the [REDACTED]. We loaded carts with sandbags moved the carts to their destination and unloaded the sandbags. The [REDACTED] my muscles were very stiff and my right hip was sore. I was hoping that as my muscles relaxed the pain in my hip would be alleviated but it is still ongoing. I have tried stretching heat massage and anti-inflammatories but I am still experiencing pain with certain movements activities.

Injury Type: Strain. Symptoms: Pain- can 't describe what type of pain. Pain is worsens when she rotates leg outward or she is using the leg to stabilize herself.
