Lifting a case of mannequins out of car for training with a colleague.

What happened

Woke up the [REDACTED] with pain to front of L upper thigh. Painful to walk but went into work anyway. Thigh muscles were sore and painful after work so applied ice and rubbed it. [REDACTED] she couldn 't even walk so called in sick and went to InstaCare. Caregiver did not consider work relatedness until the provider doing the exam began asking about the activities I had engaged in in the [REDACTED]. Manager also encouraged reporting to Employee Health.
