Lifted heavy bag from gathering

What happened

My boss came in with a heavy bag of soiled linen. I lifted a bag out of soiled bin and tossed it without bending my knees into the soiled rag bin resulting in immediate pain to my back.

Sprain Strain. Symptoms: Spasms in middle lower back. Started this am 10 26. Dull pain. Spasms come and go. Using lidocaine roller to help with pain.
