The injured client had gone to the restroom to wash her hands.

What happened

The injured Client had returned to her workstation after she had washed her hands. She got up from her workstation to take some trash to the waste bin. As she was walking to the waste bin her foot got caught by another Client 's walker sitting at his desk. She fell to the floor hitting the right side of her body right wrist face and lips.
