pulling a pallet down the backroom to break it down in the prepared cooler EE States I was pulling a pallet felt my right ankle pop on the inside part

What happened

Employee States I was pulling a pallet from a BUNZL delivery down the backroom to break it down in the prepared cooler When I was in the produce backroom I felt my right ankle pop on the inside part I was able to move around When it happened I felt nauseous and thought I was going to throw up I had to stop working for 5 minutes Since then my foot has been giving me tingling and numbness sensations and it is very sore I have been icing and elevating it every day
