Employee States Employee stated that she initially felt a twinge on her middle right side of her back on [REDACTED] while she was bending over in a bay to pull boxes and place them on a runner to bring to the aisles but after the initial pain she was okay On [REDACTED] she felt the twinge again while she was lifting a pallet but was okay afterwards On [REDACTED] she felt pain again while either after lifting water or working with the high reach or it could have been both but was okay afterwards because she thought she was just sore [REDACTED] [REDACTED] she felt fine in the morning but when she went to stock the bottom shelf in [REDACTED] and when she went to move her back started to spasm and like a pull across the middle of her back and she could not get up for a few minutes She was unsure what the exact time was but it was sometime after lunch She reported the pain that occurred [REDACTED] to her manager
