Returning from Lunch break.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an athlete clocked out for lunch and as they were walking through the turnstile on the outbound side their right ankle got caught on one of the turnstile bars and twisted their ankle. Athlete went to lunch and came back into the building at [REDACTED] reported it to HR and the safety team. Partnered with the athlete 's supervisor and gave the athlete an ice pack and pain medication while they rested in the breakroom. Athlete reports pain on the back of their ankle as a dull ache. Athlete refused any further medical treatment.
