Before the incident

Associate was blocking the pickle and olive aisle taking product from the top shelf by using a step stool.

What happened

She thought she was on the first step of the step ladder but in fact she was on the second step. When she stepped down she lost her balance and fell backwards hitting her head on the shelf behind her. She did not lose consciousness
