What happened

The associate was driving a cherry picker at [REDACTED]. The associate was located at the beginning of the [REDACTED] with the forklift moving. The associate was looking at the control panel trying to connect the equipment to the guide wire ([REDACTED] is a 12feet wide [REDACTED] and there is not guide wire available) but he did not realize the cherry picker was still moving. The cherry picker hit a pallet with some boxes on jarring the associate’s wrist on the controls.
