What happened

Two pieces of pressed tile fell from her sample board back into the stacker area. The vachead cycled to the stack with a new set of pressed tile. The vachead struck her hand as she impulsively reached for the dropped tile pieces.

Laceration of the right middle finger requiring sutures and restricted work duty.
