Associate attended a pre-shift meeting where the groupleader discussed targets goals for the shift and designated which part machine each associate would start the shift on (there is a rotation)

What happened

Associate went to set up the air knife for the [REDACTED]’s when her arm grazed the blade and was lacerated on her R bicep. It was determined that the air knife had not been shut-down correctly leaving the blade out and not fully in the air knife.
