What happened
When he was pushing tubs into the dumper room through swinging doors he didn 't know someone had left a roll tub blocking the door on the other side. He tried pushing with his right hand to open the doors and then tried pushing the doors open using the metal tubs. When he did so his right thumb got smashed between two metal roll tubs handles.
