What happened

[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were both handling carrying the strong rare earth magnet by hand. The strong rare earth magnet does not have a handle and is not designed to be handed by the hand. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] got too close to one another causing the magnet to attract. The short distance caused the two strong magnets to pull to each other catching [REDACTED] 's four fingers in between the magnets crushing [REDACTED] 's fingers.
