EE was attempting to clear a jam of film on line 1 multivac high risk packaging.

What happened

EE failed to stop the multivac when trying to pull waste film that was jammed in the tabs chain. EE reached inside guarding to grab and thumb was pulled in and sliced. Film waste was caught on a tab chain link and wrapping around. EE reached in to clear it between the guarding The chain advanced and sliced pinched right thumb tip
