Before the incident

Relocating a cart full with hardware to complete job function.

What happened

When the cart was not moving when given a push. The associate checks to see if the wheel locks were on. Once wheels were checks. Associate proceeded to push the cart again resulting in one of the wheels snapping. Causing the cart to fall with the object on it. cart object landing on top of her.

Contusion to the right thigh. Abrasions to left arm and right ankle.
