What happened

Employee stood up after using the restroom leaning on the wall felt weak and dizzy laid on the ground and went unconscious for an unknown period of time. Woke up on the bathroom floor. She went and laid her head down on the cafeteria table and chairs a fellow employee checked on her and she was slurring her words and not really responding well. [REDACTED] ran to get nursing help and the nursing team came to assist her to the ER for further assessment.
