Before the incident

Carrying a box down steps

What happened

Employee went into the Tech Ops [REDACTED] room at [REDACTED] to pickup a box of bump caps and safety vests. I was descending down the steps nearest the instructor office and I missed the last step before the first landing. This caused my left ankle to roll and I completely fell to the ground. I probably missed the step because the box I was carrying partially blocked my view of the steps.
