What happened

EE states I was loading [REDACTED] door outers and I finished one rack closed the rack and moved up the line to grab anaother part. When I turned around the rack closed and I was holding the [REDACTED] door with my right arm and I tried to open the rack with my left arm. I felt something pop in my left upper arm.
