What happened

[REDACTED] drove truck out off PDI and parked it outside. When she getting off the unit she was facing forward looking down to the steps still having her 3 points of contact she lost her footing and feel down to the floor. When she feel to the floor she twisted her right ankle and landed on her right wrist.
