Before the incident

Employee was completing some sanitation washdown thinking he was done for the day he turned off the water and removed the nozzle from the water hose and removed his PPE.

Employee noticed more meat under oven he went back and turned the hot water without the nozzle or PPE while doing this he lost control of the hose and it went inside his sleeve and burned his arm.
