Chose to take a shortcut and walked across material stacked on the floor.

What happened

Flats were next to the pallet that they stacked of to get to a different color. The ones that were stacked off were still on the floor and he walked across them when the piece he was walking across apparently slid causing him to lose his balance. Why he walked across them instead of around I can 't really answer.
