What happened

I was at B-11 doing a letdown and while manually lifting the reach into the air the hydraulic hose malfunctioned causing oil to spray in the air falling towards the ground. I immediately told maintenance. As I stepped off the reach I slipped on the oil and fell injuring my left shoulder.
