Employee was assisting 2 other people move a dump stand.

While injured employee #3 was standing at a distance observing a dump stand was being moved with a forklift. The load became unstable and this startled the employee. As the employee walked backward they stumbled over their own feet causing them to fall backwards and strike their head on the concrete floor.

Fractured skull and a 1 cm hemorrhage on brain. Reported injury to IOSHA (SER922602) on same day. (Employee Passed away 37 days later).
