What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee made a delivery of building materials from Contract Lumber [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to [REDACTED]. On arrival [REDACTED] he noticed the prescribed driveway was completely blocked by other buildings material 's. Once parked he attempted to clear a path for the moffett Pushing down silt fencing with his foot. Doing so caused him to tripped over the fencing falling with his left feet tangled. He immediately got up feeling minor discomfort from his foot. Not realizing the seriousness of injuries he unloaded the delivery utilizing the moffett onto lot. Once completed and drove back to contract lumber [REDACTED] and reported this incident to his supervisor Mr [REDACTED]. After completing a post trip inspection he proceeded to his personal truck and retrieve a pair of shoes brought from home because of the discomfort he was experiencing. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] assisted with documenting of left foot injury and suggested getting medical advice.
