I was attempting to backup a work load that I had just jacked up with a power jack It was a heavy load and could not be moved easily I changed my position from pulling while walking backwards to pulling while looking over my left shoulder With only my right hand on the handle and looking behind me I leaned back leverage and pushed off with my feettoes Immediately I felt a strain inside my right foot from under my arch up to my ankle
