What happened

I was informed by an employee that she had seen an unsafe location in the AS area I went over to the location and seen something that required immediate attention In the location was a pallet of stacked gear shafts that appeared to by ready to collapse I proceeded to unstack the parts from the top of the pallet Upon doing so one of the shafts fell from the rack onto my toe
